Ways to combat business stress is a normal question lots of us have because very few of us have avoided experiencing stress in the workplace.

Sometimes it just comes with the territory, but like lots of problems and challenges we all have day to day, there are actionable steps we can take to avoid and reduce stress.

Stress doesn’t discriminate and can affect individuals in any business from the boss or the manager or the employee.

Stress is bad for health- productivity and Focus.

Zoom is no longer a word for geeks!. It is mainstream.

The pandemic has meant that when it comes to business networking there has been little option but to pursue online business networking.

The mindset has changed from meeting in the flesh to meeting virtually. It has its advantages too.

Therefore I was delighted to have the opportunity to interview an expert in the online networking space.
