I was delighted to recently be interviewed by Brian Barnes a wellness and well-being expert based in Ireland about digital marketing. We discussed  how I myself bring happiness and wellness into my daily digital working life.

I have worked with Brian so obviously I understand his business model and what he offers . A huge thing Brian brings to the table is the fact that he is a qualified nurse since 2018  who has operated in the Health Service for many years.  He is somebody who has been at the coalface of mental health issues in the big bad world. To my mind that past experience comforts me when getting advice from Brian about wellness and well-being in my life.

In the podcast below I and Brian discuss digital marketing, wellness and habits to be at my best. I explain what I personally do to bring wellness into my own daily life as a remote worker and digital manager online.

If there is any good to come out of the pandemic we are living through maybe it is that we are all more aware of the importance of health and happiness in our lives.

ps. thanks to my online pal  tommy outdoors for a lovely comment online
